Seeking a full-time Clinical Informaticist, the candidate will work remotely to architect FHIR-compliant data models, design data harmonization strategies, and act as a subject matter expert on clinical ontologies to ensure data accuracy and usability across the organization. Key responsibilities Architect FHIR-compliant data models aligned with implementation guides and internal standards Design and operationalize data harmonization strategies to unify disparate data streams Establish validation frameworks to ensure clinical accuracy and integrity of data assets Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field Professional Certificate or Master's Degree in Clinical Informatics or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical informatics or data integration in healthcare or life sciences Proficiency in interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR CDA/CCD-A) and data models (FHIR R4/R5, OMOP) Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
