Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear information about Pierce Washington's services, technology solutions, and customer processes. Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate solution or next step. Troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues. Escalate complex issues to consultants, engineers, or other appropriate teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support systems. Follow established customer-service and communication procedures. Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries when necessary. Protect confidential customer and company information. Work collaboratively with technical, consulting, and project teams. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical education is a plus. Customer service, help-desk, call-center, or chat-support experience preferred.
