As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the continued growth of the Teapulse brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall store performance, including sales, cost control, and day-to-day operations, and implement company initiatives at the store level.
• Lead and develop the store team through scheduling, training, performance coaching, and team building.
• Manage ordering, inventory, stock counts, and waste control to keep operating costs on target.
• Uphold brand standards for product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and food safety, and resolve customer complaints and on-site incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality, with a working knowledge of inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate, train, hold meetings, and prepare written reports in both languages.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $54,000–$80,000/year, commensurate with experience.
• Monthly performance bonus based on KPI achievement (up to $24,000/year).
