OnTrac is hiring a
Warehouse Hostler / Yard Driver ! OnTrac Hostlers are responsible for safely positioning and maneuvering trailers to and from the dock. This position works closely with the yard team and Operations Management.

Location: 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115
Pay: $25 per hour
Shift: Thursday - Saturday from 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both
- Minimum 1-year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening
- Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
The Responsibilities: - Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment as outlined in the Company Safety Program
- Properly pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT compliance standards
- Correctly position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor
- Switching trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility
- Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management
