Job Position: Rigger
Location: Sparks, NV 89434
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Shift: 6am-4:30pm
Description:
Assist with moving, lifting, and positioning heavy industrial equipment and machinery.
Use rigging equipment such as chains, slings, and other lifting accessories as trained and directed.
Secure loads and assist crane or forklift operators and other crew members during equipment moves.
Help guide equipment into position and communicate clearly with operators, spotters, and the rigging team.
Assist with unloading trucks, opening crates, staging materials, and preparing equipment for movement or installation.
Support the movement and positioning of conveyors, buffer towers, electrical cabinets, and similar industrial equipment.
Follow site safety rules, use required personal protective equipment, and keep work areas organized.
Perform other material-handling and project support duties as assigned.
Requirements
OSHA 10 certification required.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work safely around heavy machinery.
Ability to follow directions, communicate with the crew, and follow established safety procedures.
Availability for 10-hour shifts, 6–7 days per week; project scheduling may include day or night shifts.
Rigging or industrial equipment-moving experience is helpful; applicants should accurately describe their experience.

Starting pay: $30 per hour.
10-hour shifts, 6–7 days per week.
Project needs may require day or night shifts.
Additional Information
Steel-toed boots are required; other project PPE is provided.
Spanish-speaking applicants, including Spanish-only speakers, are welcome.
